Fosroc Cemtop PS5 is a high-performance, polymer-modified, self-levelling cementitious screed designed for resurfacing and levelling concrete substrates. It offers excellent flow characteristics, quick setting, and a smooth, flat surface ideal for receiving various floor finishes such as tiles, resin coatings, and vinyl.
Engineered for industrial, commercial, and institutional environments, Cemtop PS5 delivers high mechanical strength, good abrasion resistance, and minimal shrinkage, making it perfect for both new construction and renovation projects.
