Return & Refund Policy

1. Normal returns

Matt India does not accept normal product returns for change of mind, unused stock, or preference. Construction chemicals and related materials are sold as final sale once dispatched, unless a separate written agreement applies to your order.

2. What we do not offer

• No general return window (for example, no 7-day Easy Returns)
• No refund for opened, used, or correctly delivered products
• No automatic exchange for preference or surplus material

3. Wrong delivery or transit damage

If you receive a wrong product or goods that were damaged in transit, contact us promptly with your order ID and clear photos of the packaging and product. Our team will review the case and advise the next steps. Resolution is case-by-case — we do not publish a fixed return-day or refund-day promise.
